Figure 1. Real time PCR (TaqMan) validation of increased expression in 4N TP53MUT BE cells. A series of genes (NEK2, p55CDC20, CENPA and RRM1) that were upregulated in the 4N TP53MUT cluster were assayed in triplicate in each of the replicate CP-B and CP-C cultures. Primers and probes were designed using Primer Express™ software. All values were normalized using GAPDH.
